An electric fence certificate (EFC) is valid for the lifetime of the installation and can be transferred from the seller to the buyer as long as no changes have been made to the original installation. A supplementary certificate is not needed for minor repairs, however, if the energiser is replaced, it would require a new EFC.
Electric fences may only be installed and an EFC issued by a registered Electric Fence System Installer (EFSI).

How it works
Obtaining an Electric Fence Certificate (EFC) for your residential property in Northriding is a straightforward process:
